1. Nature of Handmade & Natural Products:

Please note that our Agarwood products (jewelry, incense, wood pieces) are handcrafted from natural materials. Therefore:

• - Unique Variations: There may be slight variations in color, shape, grain patterns, or scent compared to the images and videos shown on our website. These are not defects but characteristics of natural wood.
• - Scent Perception: Scent is subjective. We highly recommend purchasing our Sample/Combo Packs first to personally experience the fragrance before placing a larger order. We do not offer warranties or returns based on personal scent preference.
   

2. Coverage:

We guarantee that our products will arrive:

• - Brand new and unused.
• - Intact and undamaged.
• - Correctly matching the specifications of your order.
   

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• - Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage after delivery.

• - Scent changes due to exposure to other fragrances, smoke, or environmental factors by the user.
